Panasonic Lumix DMC FX500 Digital Camera
The Panasonic DMC FX500 is a 10 megapixel digital camera with a 5x optical zoom lens. For further features than any other pocket sized camera I reviewed.
Why buy the Panasonic DMC FX500?
If you are looking for a pocket camera feature rich, you will love the DMC FX500. It has manual exposure controls, a wide-angle lens, HD movies and a large 3 inch screen. A number of options are controlled touch screen.

Even with the flash in the DMC FX500 manages to keep the color in the shooting. Overall This picture works well for me. Again there is no problem with the sharpness of the image.
Portrait indoor without flash
I like to have seen more brightness and definition of this photo. Due to the DMC FX500 not be able to get enough light in the shot noise starts creep in. has the advantage over the definition of gunshots. Although this is not a bad effort, I prefer the picture on the inside with the flash.
Colors
Over time I believe that Panasonic digital cameras have reduced the colors that produce a notch or two. I think this is a good thing that colors look more natural now for them.
Macro
This is a decent macro making. I would say that puts the DMC FX500 in 25 percent of compact digital camera closeups.
ISO 400 and ISO 1600
There is nothing unusual in my higher ISO tests. There is noise, even in bright areas of the ISO 400 shots. Increasing noise levels in areas dark image. At ISO 1600 the noise is a problem in all areas.

Maybe not up there with the best handheld digital cameras, but a is no less worthy effort.
Shutter response
The DMC FX500 has produced a series of shutter lag time that were in the slow side of average. Times have been produced 0.44 seconds for a single photo and 15.48 seconds for five photos. With the flash enabled both increased to 0.54 seconds for a single photo and 17.5 seconds for five photos.
It took 3.08 seconds to activate the camera and take photo.

What no doubt that the Panasonic DMC FX500 is an amazing device if you have the number of integrated functions of its compact body. Quality image is good too and all the Panasonic has been a very good digital camera.
